Before we proceed, “we” means the owners of HimalayaHearts.com and “you” means you as “the buyer” of items and products sold at HimalayaHearts.com.

Here are the terms and conditions:

Returns Policy

HimalayaHearts endeavour to bring you products that are not only unique, but also of quality.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to exchange it for something else of equivalent value, providing the item is returned in its original condition.

Send an email to advising us of your concern and requesting a Return Authorization. You will need to include a copy of the email approval from HimalayaHearts with your shipment back to us.

If the product is damaged through delivery, we ask that you contact us and send us a photo of the damaged packaging and goods so that we can ensure that this does not happen in the future and also take it up with our delivery company.  Once assessed, we will contact you with how we can assist you.

Products sold under the ‘Yushu Earthquake Fund’ are not refundable.

All costs for returning and replacement will be borne by the buyer.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your products.

Postage and Handling

Domestic Postage Options:
All Local purchases will be sent via PosLau delivery service.  Packaging and Postage fee applies to all orders and is borne by the Buyer.

International Postage:
International orders are sent via a choice of standard Air Mail, Registered Post or Courier  providing reliable delivery to over 200 countries in 3 to 14 working days. Packaging and postage fee applies to all orders and are borne by the Buyer. Parcels will be lodged as per the local post procedures. 

Actual packaging and shipping charges vary according to size and weight. Wherever possible, we shall indicate the cost of the product but do bear in mind that the actual cost apply. Where the cost of packaging and postage is not listed, we shall be glad to advise the packing and shipping charges.

Privacy

We are firm believers of privacy so information we collect through our systems remain safe with us and will go nowhere else.

There will be third parties that use personal information in order to provide the services or to perform the functions required by us like Paypal, postal services, courier services and technology services providers where we reasonably believe that these third parties are reliable and authorized to receive such information.

We are not responsible for malicious parties who have illegitimate and/or illegal access to gain or retrieve information.

Variations

Natural occurring products are unique vary in color, tone, shape and depth, dimensions etc so each piece of item may vary to another in degrees.

The actual product may appear different from the image on your screen for a multitude of reason which may include screen settings, screen calibrations, camera capture variations and so forth. We try to represent and present it in the best way possible to you such that it is an accurate representation of the product. But this is in no way 100%.
